Government of CS to allocate 10 million BAM for the Reconstruction of Piping?

water-supply-sarajevoManagement of PUC Water and Sewage Sarajevo and Operational Headquarters of the company held an emergency meeting to discuss potential solutions to the new situation and considerable problems in the water supply network.

“Management of PUC Water and Sewage Sarajevo unanimously concluded to ask from the Government of CS, and through the relevant Ministry, allocation of 10 million BAM of funds in the budget of CS for the reconstruction of most urgent and the most vulnerable pipelines at which were detected large losses and largest number of failures, and which would be realized during 2017, with the aim of normalization of the water supply,” as said from that company.

Moreover, directors general are tasked to provide as many technical teams through additional redistribution of human resources in their units and sectors, in order to repair faults for temporary normalization of daily water supply.

They are obliged to submit all daily reports to the director of the company, who will further send the information to relevant Ministry on the actions taken and the condition of the water supply of Canton Sarajevo.

“Management of PUC Water and Sewage Sarajevo will insist on all of its conclusions, all with one aim and interest, and this is a systemic solving of the problem of water supply in CS to the satisfaction of all customers,” as said in the statement.
