Government determined the Draft Budget of the Sarajevo Canton

Budget of SC for 2016 Determined ks.gov.baGovernment of the Sarajevo Canton determined yesterday the Draft Budget of the Sarajevo Canton for 2016 in the amount of 690,690,000 BAM, on which the Assembly of the Sarajevo Canton should declare at its session in November.

According to the planned dynamics and by determining the Budget of the Sarajevo Canton for the next year, the budget calendar will be respected and coordinated within the legal deadlines i.e. by the end of the current year, which will facilitate the work of all budget users within planned and defined financial frameworks.

As highlighted by the Ministry of Finance, the proposer of this material, deferred means in the amount of around 15 million BAM will also be included in this budget by the end of the year. The budget was assessed as realistic, a halt in the growth of salaries has been recorded, as well as increased and more efficient control of expenses and the achievement of profits in accordance with the projections announced by the Ministry of Finance of FB&H.

The projection of credit indebtedness in the next year ranges within the level of this year’s indebtedness. In addition to this Draft, the Government also adopted yesterday the Draft Law on Budget Execution of the Sarajevo Canton for 2016.
