13249517_1770818936488116_1066533529_nFormer workers of the Factory of transport devices Ltd (TTU) Tuzla in bankruptcy, held a meeting to point out the slow pace in solving problems of workers and the status of that company.

At their invitation, on behalf of the Government of FBiH, the meeting was attended by Advisor to the Prime Minister of FBiH Suvad Osmanagic, and he emphasized that the Government of FBiH did not affect the events that brought TTU Ltd. Tuzla in a state where it is today, but they will do everything within its legal authorities to find solutions for these problems, in cooperation with the Government of Tuzla Canton.

Since bankruptcy proceedings are taking place over this economic entity, which is exclusively court proceeding, the Government of FBiH will speed up the solution of the problem, through the body of this procedure, the Assembly and the Committee of Creditors, in which as the largest creditor it has its representatives.

One way is reorganization and formation of new company from the Factory of transport devices Ltd. Tuzla, in which, as the primary users of its services, will participate PE Elektroprivreda BiH Ltd. Sarajevo and “Banovici Coal Mine” Ltd. Banovici.

After long meeting, all participants, especially representatives of the workers, expressed their satisfaction with the agreement and the efforts of the Government of FBiH to adequately solve the status of the Factory of transport devices Ltd. Tuzla in bankruptcy, as announced from the Office of the Government of FBiH.
