The Government of Republika Srpska (RS) adopted the 34th report to the United Nations (UN) Security Council, in which, among other things, it is emphasized that the constitutional order has been violated by decrees of various international high representatives.

“In the Report, the commitment of RS to the Dayton Agreement is once again confirmed, and its implementation in accordance with the original text is called for. It points out that the democratic constitutional order established by Dayton has, unfortunately, been altered and violated by the illegal dictatorial decrees of various international high representatives, and the most drastic example of this is the current self-proclaimed one, Christian Schmidt,” the Government stated.

Also, the Report presents “the legal groundlessness of the trial of the President of RS and of the court decision itself,” as well as a series of proceedings that are not based on a law adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly through the prescribed procedure, as required by the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), but “exclusively on the incrimination that Schmidt personally invented and imposed.”

“The Report covers the period from April to October 2025, and in it, as in its previous reports, the Government of RS expresses its views on key issues and problems faced by BiH, with the aim of clarifying its positions to the members of the Security Council and the international community,” the Government added.

The Government yesterday, on October 28th, adopted the Report, which was sent to the UN Secretary-General and the member countries of the Security Council by the Prime Minister of the RS, Savo Minic.

At the end of the Report, it is emphasized that, on the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of the Dayton Agreement, all those who care about the stability and success of BiH must once again commit themselves to the consistent implementation of the explicit provisions of the Dayton Agreement.
