The Government of the RS and a Chinese Company to sign a Memorandum for HPP Buk Bijela

hydro power plantThe Government of the RS gave a consent to conclude a memorandum of cooperation with the company “China National Aero-Technology International Engineering Corporation” on the realization of the project HPP Buk Bijela.

The Minister of Industry, Energy, and Mining Petar Djokic will sign this agreement with the representatives of the Chinese company on behalf of the entity government.

At the session was also adopted the Information on the state of the manufacturing industry for 2016, and its physical volume was increased by 8.2 % when compared to the same period in 2015.

A number of employees, with businessmen in the manufacturing industry in the year of 2016 amounted to 52,146, and it represents an increase of 4.5 % in comparison to the year of 2015.

The export in the amount of 2.5 billion BAM was achieved, which is an increase of 8.8 % compared to the exports in 2015, while the imports were increased by 4.1 % at the same time.

The export-import ratio was 70.65 %, which represent an increase of 3 percentage points in comparison to the year of 2015, as announced by the Government of the RS.
