The BiH Council of Ministers, on the proposal of the Ministry of Finance and Treasury, issued a decision on the allocation of grant from the Government of Japan donated to Bosnia and Herzegovina under the Agreement on Exchange of Letters between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of Japan from 26 February 2014.
It is a Japan’s donation worth around 4.6 million BAM (300 million JPY) for the purchase of specified equipment for monitoring of meteorological phenomena, and medical equipment for protection from natural disasters.
The grant beneficiaries are ministries of Communications and Transport, Security, Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, as well as Civil Affairs, said the Council of Ministers.
