zdrava-hranaAccording to an Oxfam research, an international network of humanitarian organizations, which fights against hunger in the world, B&H is ranked in 57th place in regards to healthy food, among the 125 countries included in the research.

Oxfam has made this qualification in regard to the availability of food and its quality and price. Also, Oxfam has taken into consideration the percentage of underweight children, a variety of foods and access to clean water, as well as negative influences for health such as obesity and diabetes.

Oxfam gathered the data between October and December 2013, using the latest information of the Word Health Organization, Fund for Food and Agriculture, International Labor Organization and other international organization.
