Helicopter of the Armed Forces of BiH extinguishing the Fire in Trebinje

helicopterHelicopter of the Armed Forces of BiH participated in extinguishing the fire in Trebinje yesterday.

Trebinje firefighters were trying to extinguish the fire in the village Trebijovi, and the helicopter of the Armed Forces of BiH helped to extinguish the fire on the rough terrain.

Fire line, about 15 kilometers long, spreads in the three branches, above the village Hrupjela, Podgljivlje and Ljubomir, and low vegetation is burning.

Fire is not threatening the population and material goods for now.

Workers’ of “Forests of the RS “and workers of the Center for managing karst are participating in the action of extinguishing the fire.

It is assumed that the human factor is the cause of a fire that spreaded on the entire Leotar Mountain.
