Chairman Bevanda congratulated Ambassador Hellbach on his appointment and expressed satisfaction with good relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Federal Republic of Germany, announced the BiH Council of Ministers.

He informed Ambassador about the preparation for the Berlin conference that will gather heads of government of the Western Balkans, organized by German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

He added that on Monday, in connection to this event, he will hold a meeting in Cavtat with prime ministers of the countries in the region.

On this occasion they will define common objectives towards economic progress and confirm the commitment to programs in connection with the already initiated processes of regional cooperation.

Ambassador Hellbach said that he is satisfied that at the beginning of his term there is increased interest of Germany for this region.
