The Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska, No. 71, dated August 15, published the decision of the High Representative Christian Schmidt on amendments to the Law on Financing the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the aim of introducing new electoral technologies into the electoral process.
This was announced by the SDS representative in the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska, Igor Bodiroga, on his X profile.
He stated that the publication of the decision is proof that the RS government is talking one thing and doing another.
As a reminder, the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska adopted legal amendments in June 2023 that imply that the decisions of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina will no longer be published in the Official Gazette.
