In the heart of the greatest mystery of the ancient world, scientists have discovered an astonishing find that could forever change the past as we know it.

In Egypt, a sensational archaeological discovery is being prepared, one that, according to experts, the whole world will be talking about. The most famous Egyptologist in the world, Dr. Zahi Hawass, revealed that scientists, with the help of advanced technology, have found a hidden space inside the Great Pyramid in Giza, which could open a new chapter in the history of the pharaohs.

“It is a great archaeological discovery that will write a new chapter in the history of Egypt,” Hawass stated excitedly at the 44th International Book Fair in Sharjah, where he presented the results of a multi-year research project whose official unveiling is expected in 2026.

With the help of thermal imaging, 3D mapping, and so-called muon radiography, scientists inside the Pyramid of Cheops (also known as the pyramid of Pharaoh Khufu) discovered a hidden corridor 30 meters long, which until now had been completely inaccessible to the human eye. “Robots were given access to parts where a human foot has never stepped,” Hawass explained. Although the contents of the corridor have not yet been disclosed, Hawass confirmed that the find is authentic and extremely significant, but that details will be published only after full analysis and a scientific publication. That is expected to happen by 2026, when the official presentation of the discovery is also planned as part of a special world exhibition.

Hawass, a long-time guardian of Egypt’s secrets, on that occasion rejected numerous theories about the involvement of supernatural beings in the construction of the pyramids: “There were no extraterrestrials, there were no miracles. There was only Egyptian genius, knowledge, and the work of thousands of masters.” He emphasized that the new discovery is the result of modern science and technology, which, thanks to scanning and precise mapping, are opening the pages of history locked for more than four thousand years.

Egypt recently opened the Grand Egyptian Museum in Giza, where more than 5,000 items from the tomb of Pharaoh Tutankhamun are displayed – a project that has already become a global attraction. However, the new discovery inside the Pyramid of Cheops, planned for 2026, could overshadow all previous archaeological achievements.
