A commemoration ceremony was held today at Camp Butmir in memory of the fallen soldiers from North Macedonia who lost their lives while serving under EUFOR during the execution of Operation ALTHEA.
COM EUFOR Major General Florin Marian Barbu, COS EUFOR Brigadier General Tibor Szabó, and EUFOR Senior National Representatives attended the ceremony together with Ms. Svetlana Sekulovska, Minister Counsellor and Chargé d’Affaires of North Macedonia.
EUFOR pays tribute to their service, dedication, and sacrifice.
