At the beginning of February 2014, ‘Hoteli Ilidža’ will finish the first phase of works on the reconstruction of the neighborhood and campsite ‘Oaza’ in Ilidža. The first phase of works is underway, and the restoration will take place in three phases, announced ‘Hoteli Ilidža’.
The sanitary facility for the camp will be reconstructed, and new facilities for a restaurant and reception area will be built. After that, work will be done for the reception, bungalows, and in the end a new sports complex. The restaurant will be a la carte, and the capacity of 120 places will offer national and international dishes, as well sweets.
When reconstruction is finished, the apartment complex will have 13 units, and each one will have three rooms, with a total capacity of 117 beds. The rooms can be used by combining-connecting rooms, a kitchen and living room or a connection of two rooms without a kitchen. For all future guests who do not want a kitchen and living room, there will be the possibility to use just the room at a lower price.
‘Oaza’ will have two playgrounds for youth football and one tennis court.
The reconstruction of the bungalows is expected to be finished by May, and the construction of sports facilities by July next year. The investment is worth 700.000 Euros.
