HR Schmidt bids Farewell to Ambassador Markusz, welcomes Ambassador Magda

High Representative Christian Schmidt visited the OHR in Banja Luka to thank Ambassador László Markusz for his dedicated service, professionalism, and valuable contribution to OHR’s mission and cooperation with partners in Republika Srpska during his tenure as Deputy High Representative and Head of the OHR in Banja Luka. His engagement has been greatly appreciated.

HR Schmidt also welcomed Ambassador Tamás Magda as the new Deputy High Representative and Head of the OHR in Banja Luka, wishing him success in continuing this important work. He expressed his gratitude to Hungary for seconding two such outstanding diplomats to the OHR, strengthening the shared commitment to Bosnia and Herzegovina’s stability and progress.
