fog (1)Same as in previous days, the fog in Sarajevo continues to make real problems to the normal course of road and air traffic.

As confirmed by the International Airport Sarajevo (IAS), today’s flights are not canceled. One flight from Istanbul is only postponed to a later term, hoping that the fog will lift.

However, according to the IAS, if the thick fog stays, flights will become impossible and will not be realized.

“We cannot predict this, and each company is independently deciding whether they will fly to Sarajevo. Airport, in this case, is only providing a service of informing about the situation on the ground,” as stated from International Airport Sarajevo.

To recall, almost all the planned arrivals at the International Airport Sarajevo and departures from it were canceled on Thursday due to the extremely thick fog.
