Although is been only three weeks since they published their first album and ten days since they had their promotion in Sarajevo at the Studio Figure, members of the ensemble Halka: BožoVrećo, DinoŠukalo, Adis Sirbubalo, Edvin Hadžic and Anes Beglerbegović are already preparing for their first tour in BiH.
The album was produced by Edin Zubčević and Gramafon and will be promoted in ten concerts that during the summer and fall will be held in ten cities in BiH. The first performance is scheduled for the 10th August at the Summer Stage Ilidža, a place that has a symbolic significance for the history of Sevdah, followed in August by the concerts in Tuzla (23 August), Bijeljina (24 August) and Brčko, Prijedor, thenBihać, Goražde, Mostar, Zenica. ..
“During the concerts we will perform repertoire from the songs available on the album. There are folk songs and poems by authors of some of the great Sevdah such as; Joze Penava, Radet Jovanović, Zekerijaha Đezić and others“, says the singer of Halka, Božo Vrećo and added that they will sang even songs that are not included on their album.
The organizer of the tour, Gramafon Sarajevo, announces affordable ticket prices. The tickets price for the concert at the Open Theater in Ilidža is 5 KM, and the ticket sale starts today.
Tickets can be purchased at the CD shop Magaza and at street sellers in front of the market Markale and at the plateau Skenderija.
