The budget of Bosnia-Herzegovina’s institutions for next year should be 996 million BAM, which is the first increase from the single Indirect Taxation Authority account after seven years, Zoran Tegeltija, chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers stated.

Tegeltija said that in the coming year, 780 million BAM will be allocated from the single account of the Indirect Taxation Authority for the institutions of BiH.

Also, during Friday’s session, the fiscal framework for the 2020-2022 budget was adopted and the reports on budget implementation for 2018 and 2019 were adopted as well.

The Fiscal Council of BiH is composed of the Ministers of Finance, Entity and the Council of Ministers and two entity Prime Ministers, and the Co-Chair of the Council of Ministers, eKapija reports.

The Governor of the Central Bank of BiH and the Prime Minister of the Brcko District also attended the session, but they do not have the right to vote.
