Deputy Chief Prosecutor and Head of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H, issued an indictment against:
- Radoncic Fahrudin
- Dautbasic Bakir
- Sahman Bilsena
- Hadzijahic Zijad
“These persons have been charged, among other things, for organizing and becoming members of an organized group of people, that were organized and managed by Fahrudin Radoncic, and for committing following criminal offenses by their actions, mutual compacts and interrelated actions, during the period from the 14th of December 2015 to the 12th of January 2016:
“Radoncic Fahrudin, criminal offense of Associating for the Purpose of Perpetrating Criminal Offences (Art. 249 of the Criminal Code of B&H, Obstruction of Justice (Art. 241 of the Criminal Code of B&H) and giving awards or other forms used for trade in influence or Illegal Interceding (art. 219 of the Criminal Code of B&H).”
“Dautbasic Bakir, criminal offense of Associating for the Purpose of Perpetrating Criminal Offences (Art. 249 of the Criminal Code of B&H, Obstruction of Justice (Art. 241 of the Criminal Code of B&H) and giving awards or other forms used for trade in influence or Illegal Interceding (art. 219 of the Criminal Code of B&H).”
“Sahman Bilsena, criminal offense of Associating for the Purpose of Perpetrating Criminal Offences (Art. 249 of the Criminal Code of B&H, Obstruction of Justice (Art. 241 of the Criminal Code of B&H).”
“Hadzijahic Zijad, criminal offense of Associating for the Purpose of Perpetrating Criminal Offences (Art. 249 of the Criminal Code of B&H, Obstruction of Justice (Art. 241 of the Criminal Code of B&H) and giving awards or other forms used for trade in influence or Illegal Interceding (art. 219 of the Criminal Code of B&H).”
The prosecutor will prove allegations from the indictment and guilt of these persons by examining 27 witnesses, founding of four professional experts and attaching more than 160 pieces of material evidence,” as announced from the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H.
