Interest Expressed for Elektroprivreda BiH Projects

epThe General Director of Elektroprivreda BiH Elvedin Grabovica, the Executive Director of Capital Investments Amil Kamenica and the Director of the Unit for Implementation of the Projects of Public Enterprise Edib Bašić spoke yesterday at the Sarajevo Business Forum with Mohammad S. Al-Arifi, the President of the Development Fund for Saudi Arabia.

The topic of the discussion was development projects of JP Elektroprivreda BIH.

Interest for cooperation was expressed by representatives of Khazanah Nasional from Malaysia, and representatives of the Trade Department of the Embassy of Canada in Budapest and the Canadian company JNE Automatision d.o.o., which met during the Sarajevo Business Forum with the Executive Director for Capital Investments and the Director of the Unit for Implementation of Projects of JP Elektroprivreda BiH.

Visitors and participants at the Sarajevo Business Forum had the opportunity to become familiar with the business of JP Elektroprivreda BiH and development projects of the company.

Sarajevo Business Forum was a chance for foreign investors to present concrete projects for investment in the energy sector.

The focus of the Business Forum, “Models of growth and lessons for Southeast Europe”, included discussion on successful models of growth and development, presented through experienced world leaders and presentations of the best world practices in the area of agriculture, infrastructure, energy and tourism, which could be used in strategies in BiH and countries in the region.

At the forum organized by BBI Bank and the Islamic Development Bank, participants included the Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey Ali Babaacn, former Prime Minister of Malaysia Mohamed Mahatmir, former President of Slovenia Danilo Turk, local and foreign business people, announced JP Elektroprivreda BiH.
