Interior Painting of Saburina House Ongoing

Saburina KućaWorks on painting the ceiling and walls of Saburina house are going toward the end, thus the second phase of the renovation and restoration of this national monument will be soon completed.

Renovation works started by the end of May, and so far are done all the installations, electricity, plumbing, sewage, heating, telephone connection and alarms. Also, all the stoves with pots and decorative details are renovated, and tamping is made in the yard to improve the access to house.

The plan is that Saburina House, after the renovation, to become a semi-open facility and reception of delegations to be held there.

The company Neimari d.o.o is conducting the renovation works.

The Municipality Stari Grad has allocated 146.901,82 BAM so far for the renovation of Saburina House, 75.000,00 BAM for the first phase, implemented in 2013 and 71.901,82 BAM for the second phase.
