International 6th April Basketball Tournament

bosnia basketballUnder the auspices of the City of Sarajevo and the Mayor,  prof. dr. Ivo Komsic, organized by the basketball club “KOS“, from 3rd to 5th April, VIII International 6th April Basketball Tournament will be held on the occasion of the Day of the City of Sarajevo in KSC “Skenderija“ and primary school “Zajko Delic“ Vogosca.

The tournament will be opened by the Assistant of Mayor for education, culture and sport, Ramiz Kadic on Friday, 3rd April at 7.30 p.m. in KSC “Skenderija“.

Participants on this tournament are divided into three categories: pioneers, cadets and juniors. 16 teams took participation at the tournament. Besides representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina, clubs from Serbia, Montenegro, Hungary and Turkey will participate at the tournament.

This year, 6th April Tournament is more stronger and qualitative which has been recognized by teams KK “Kvarner” Rijeka, KK “Cedevita” Zagreb, KK “Cibona” from Croatia, KK “Tofas” from Turkey, KK “Basketball Academy” from Hungary, KK “Megalex” from Serbia, KK “Budućnost” from Montemegro and KK “Spars”, KK “Gen” i KK “Koš” from Bosnia and Herzegovina, as announced from the City Administration.
