Tenth international festival of folk dances ‘Višegrad 2013’, which will host 11 art associations from six countries will be held from 9 to 13 may in Višegrad.
The organisers of the festival Art Association ‘Bikavac’ from Višegrad has announced that young folk dancers from Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Montenegro, Serbia and BiH will participate.
Guest from Bulgaria, Greece and Romani will come to Višegrad on 9 May with ld train, and their first performance will be held the same day in Andrićgrad.
The next day, participants of the festival will have the opportunity to ride the boat on the Drina river, and they will see landmarks of Višegrad and meet the head of municipality, and after that they’ll have a concert in the City hall.
On Sunday, 12 May, young folk dancers will socialize, and on Monday, 13 April, a farewell ceremony will be held.
