International Sarajevo Gastronomy Festival ‘Bosanski Dukat’

bosanski_dukatThe Association of Gastronomes ‘Gastro Kutak’ will organize in hotel ‘Holiday’ in Sarajevo from today until 22 November the 2nd International Sarajevo Gastronomy Festival ‘Bosanski Dukat’.

This festival is a four-day manifestation and expects the participation of around 180 competitors from 15 countries that will compete in cooking in two disciplines.

A jury made up of top chefs, gastronomes and culinary art connoisseurs from B&H and abroad will score the skills of chefs.

The aim of this competition is to promote local food services, local food and wine industry and manufacturing in general.

The official opening will take place tomorrow at 17:00, and entrance for all visitors is free.
