This morning, Sarajevo was the most polluted city in the world with an air quality index of 191, according to the Swiss portal “IQ Air”. In second place is the Bulgarian capital Sofia, with an air quality index of 188, and in third place is the Russian city of Krasnoyarsk with an index of 178. The air quality index in Sarajevo, according to measurements at 11:00 AM, is 344, which makes it dangerous to health, according to Ekoakcija. Serious consequences possible for the entire population! Any effort should be avoided while staying outside. The most endangered categories of the population: pregnant women, the elderly and children, people with respiratory and heart problems, should remain indoors, according to the Eco Action.
