Islamic Community in BiH allocated additional 787,000 BAM for Palestine

At yesterday’s session in Sarajevo, the Rijaset of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina allocated an additional 787,000 BAM for aid to the people of Gaza.

With the funds approved today, the total assistance of the Islamic Community to the area amounts to 3,556,000 BAM.

In addition to this decision, at the 20th regular session presided over by reisul-ulema Husein-ef. Kavazović, the proposal for conclusions and guidelines from the Pre-Ramadan consultation in 2024 was considered and adopted, and the proposal for giving consent to the islamic community in Jajce for the establishment of a private preschool institution “Emina” was adopted.

Today, Rijaset also adopted the proposal of the Decision on the appointment of the organizing committee for the ceremonial opening of the Arnaudi Mosque in Banja Luka, scheduled for May 4 this year, and adopted the Information on the implementation of the Working Meeting of Rijaset members with representatives of the umbrella organizations of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Diaspora – Muftiluk Western Europe.
