Israel’s military command released a message letting civilians know they could leave bomb shelters.

Israelis were ordered to stay in shelters an hour ago, when Iran began launching missiles.

US President Joe Biden directed the US military to help defend Israel against Iranian attacks and shoot down rockets targeting Israel, the White House said.

Biden and US Vice President Kamala Harris are monitoring the Iranian attack on Israel from the White House and receiving regular updates from their national security team, the statement added.

A little earlier, Iran’s state news agency IRNA has now confirmed that Tehran’s military has begun launching ballistic missiles toward Israel.

Iran’s Revolutionary Guards said it had launched dozens of missiles at Israel and warned that if Israel retaliated, Tehran’s response would be “more shocking and devastating.”

According to Israeli media, two people were injured in an Iranian missile attack on Israel.
Emergency services say they treated two people who were slightly wounded by shrapnel in Tel Aviv.

Several others were treated for minor injuries after they fell while running to the shelter, Klix.ba writes.
