Some of the suspects in the robbery of the court depot escaped from Montenegro on September 11th, by bus on the route Podgorica – Sarajevo, via the Scepan Polje border crossing, while others crossed the border at Dobrakovo.

This was established by the Prosecutor’s Office and the police in the investigation of the theft of evidence from the depot of the High Court in Podgorica, which was discovered on the morning of September 11th, Montenegrin media writes.

It should be mentioned that earlier the Minister of the Internal Affairs of Montenegro, Filip Adzic, held a press conference where he spoke about the details of the arrest and the location of those who participated in digging the tunnel to the High Court in Podgorica.

As he emphasized, Serbian citizens Milan Markovic (1970), Veljko Markovic (1991), Dejan Jovanovic (1993), and Vladimir Ervic (1991) participated in this crime.

However, according to the Montenegrin media, it has not yet been clarified or known which of the four suspects left at which border crossing.

“We have at least five more people who participated in this crime. Not all of them participated in digging the tunnel. Some were logistics, and some provided other types of assistance,” Adzic explained.

It should be recalled that on Monday, September 11th, an unusual incident was discovered in connection with the depot, because some objects inside the depot were scattered. Several pistols were stolen from the depot of the High Court in Podgorica, which are evidence against the heads of the Kavac criminal clan, while investigators are looking for six people who participated in the robbery.

It is suspected that weapons belonging to the Kavac clan were stolen, Klix.ba reports.
