The Embassy of Italy in Sarajevo is awarding scholarships to BiH citizens who wish to study in Italian public Universities and Institutions of Higher Education, reports Fena.
A good knowledge of Italian is an essential prerequisite to a successful application for scholarship. Italian Cultural Institutes near your place of residence may be able to suggest the quickest and surest way to learn Italian and pass the required test. Ask for their recommendations.
Those who want to take short Italian language courses, must know basic Italian language, and even teachers of Italian as a foreign language can apply to get short-term scholarship in order to improve their language skills.
The deadline for the Academic Year 2013-14 to complete the exchange scholarship application is Midnight of Friday, May 31st (Italian time), 2013, as specified on the on line instructions. Selection and assignment procedures will be completed in 60 days; except in specific and rare cases. Students will be then contacted with the results. The deadlines for candidates to the “Special Projects” scholarships depend on the specific instructions related to the Project.
