Japanese Film Week at Cinema Meeting Point

JAPAN FILMThe audience will have the chance to watch creations of the most important Japanese film history within the program “Japanese film” at the cinema Meeting Point from 29 April until 7 May 2014.

Films were selected from Shozo Ichiyama, a leading Japanese film expert and producer, who traveled to Sarajevo on the occasion of a workshop for students of the “Film.factory” program.

So, all those who will visit cinema Meeting point at 16:30 will be able to enjoy the film of Kochiyama Soshun, recorded in 1936 . Sadao Yamanaka, the legendary Japanese director directed this movie.

Films: Children in the Winds, Night and Fog in Japan, Youth of the Beast will be screened and the Japanese film week ends on 7 May, at 17:00, when the audience will have the chance to watch the film Boilling Point, recorded in 1990, directed by Takeshi Kitanoa.
