Judge from Court of BiH participated in Seminar in Azerbaijan

A judge from the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lejla Konjić Dragović, participated in the seminar titled “Criminal Repression of IHL Violations: National, Regional and International Perspectives“ held in Azerbaijan on 22 and 23 January 2019.

Judge Lejla Konjić Dragović took part as a presenter, and during the two-day presentation, she contributed to the exceptionally important topic. She also participated in the discussion with Azerbaijani judges and prosecutors and shared the experiences from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The seminar was organized by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the Azerbaijani Judicial Academy. It was conducted by a group of experts composed of a former Moldavian justice minister, judge of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, regional legal advisor to the ICRC, Head of the Azerbaijani Division for Military-Administrative and Legislative Affairs, and ICRC Baku legal advisor.
