The pre-trial judge of the Rome Tribunal, Anna Maria Gavoni, rejected the request of Juventus lawyers and former club executives to cancel the hearing due to certain technicalities.
This means that former Juventus president Andrea Agnelli, former vice-president Pavel Nedved, former CEO Maurizio Arrivabene and former sporting director Fabio Paratici will appear in court on May 19.
The four were suspended from Italian football for two and a half years for falsifying financial statements and business irregularities in December 2022, after which they resigned from Juventus, which was deducted 15 points.
