Kajganic: Confirmed Indictments for more than 70 Persons based on Evidence from “Sky”

The Chief Prosecutor of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milanko Kajganić, said today in Teslić that the indictments of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH have been confirmed against more than 70 people in cases with evidence from the “Sky” and “Anom” applications.

“Compared to countries in the region, the BiH Prosecutor’s Office has so far the largest number of indictments and implemented actions in cases with evidence from the ‘Sky’ and ‘Anom’ applications,” Kajganić pointed out.

He announced that significant prosecutorial decisions in this segment are expected during this year as well.

At the conference of the chief prosecutors in BiH, Kajganić spoke on a panel related to the analysis of the most significant results of work in the prosecutor’s offices in BiH, with a special focus on the fight against corruption and organized crime, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH announced.

In his address, he stated that the perceived difficulties in the work of the prosecution and law enforcement institutions and agencies should be eliminated in order to fight more effectively against this type of crime.

The conference of chief prosecutors in Bosnia and Herzegovina is organized by the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Srna news agency writes.
