Reisul-ulema of the Islamic community in Bosnia and Herzegovina Husein-ef. Today, on the occasion of the Catholic holiday of Easter, Kavazović sent a congratulatory message to the Archbishop of Vrhbosnia, Monsignor Tomo Vukšić, and to all Catholics in Bosnia and Herzegovina, wishing them to spend it in happiness, peace and prosperity.
Reisul-ulema explained that “we live in a time when insecurity, greed and selfishness are spreading throughout the world, as the main determinant of interpersonal relations”.
“Easter is an opportunity to share with you the message of sincere friendship and good neighborly relations as a pledge for a better and fairer world. We Bosniac Muslims, together with you Catholics, as well as our Orthodox neighbors, share the joy of your great holiday in our common homeland,” said Kavazović.
At the end of the congratulatory message, Reisul-ulema stated that it is necessary to protect the blessings of freedom and peace.
