They discussed the bilateral relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of North Macedonia, which were said to be very good and friendly and without open issues.

It was said that the good bilateral cooperation between the two countries is also evidenced by the fact that in the past period a series of meetings of the highest and highest officials took place, on a bilateral and multilateral basis, and that the continuity of meetings at all levels should be continued.

It was concluded that the trials that both countries go through on their Euro-Atlantic journey should be resolved through dialogue, in the interest of all citizens and the overall progress of the region.

They discussed BiH’s path to the EU and the upcoming session of the European Council, where negotiations on our country’s membership in the European Union are expected to open.

Chairman of the BiH Presidency Željko Komšić said that BiH’s foreign policy commitment is full membership in the EU and that, along with understanding the internal and external challenges the EU is facing, it is crucial for BiH to maintain the focus of the European Union.
