Komsic dismissed his Adviser because of a Photo with a fugitive Judge

BiH Presidency member Željko Komšić dismissed the adviser Muhamed Fazlagić today, after he published a photo with judge Lejla Fazlagić Pašić, who has been on the run in Croatia for eight years.

As stated in the decision on dismissal, the decision enters into force on the day of its adoption.

The reason for the dismissal was the disputed photo that Fazlagić published, it was confirmed in the Cabinet of the BiH Presidency Member for Media.

Former judge Lejla Fazlagić Pašić, according to the indictment and testimonies, participated in frauds that caused damage to many people in the amount of millions.

According to the indictment, she is accused of using her official position and making illegal judgments based on fictitious documents and forged documents.

It is stated that this is how she enabled herself and close people from the indictment to come into possession of targeted real estate in the area of ​​Sarajevo Canton.

Lejla Fazlagić Pašić is charged with using her official position, and making illegal judgments based on fictitious documents and false documents, thus allowing herself and close people from the indictment to get possession of targeted real estate in the area of ​​Sarajevo Canton.

Muhamed Fazlagić announced that he is resigning from the position of adviser to the member of the BiH Presidency, even though Komšić has already signed the decision on his dismissal.

Fazlagić, he says, is aware of the mistake and sent a message in which he states that the fact that Lejla Fazlagić is his relative is no justification for such a thoughtless move.
