Konakovic claims that there was no Ultimatum during the Conversation with Dodik

Leader of the People and Justice (Narod i Pravda – NiP) Elmedin Konakovic commented on yesterday’s meeting between representatives of the ”Eight” and SNSD, where they discussed the formation of government at the state level in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).

As Konakovic said, the talks with the SNSD delegation went “very correctly”.

“We are aware that we have to prioritize the things we agree on, in the interest of all peoples and citizens living in BiH. The stories about ultimatums and the fulfillment of wishes are amusing. The European perspective of BiH, economy, energy, education, traffic infrastructure, are some of the topics we discussed,” told Konakovic.

He added that “it would be easier to fake quarrels, but such a concept did not bring us anything good”.

To recall, after yesterday’s meeting, SNSD leader Milorad Dodik also spoke, saying that they discussed about the formation of the Council of Ministers and other bodies at the BiH level with the representatives of the ”Eight”.

“The SNSD with its coalition partners, the ”Eight” and HDZ, is definitely the structure that will together form the government at the BiH level. We have agreed that next week the teams we mentioned will hold meetings in order to start solving issues related to the economy and institutional movement,“ explained Dodik, Klix.ba reports.
