The Minister of Internal Affairs of Kosovo Dželjalj Svečlja announced that today the Kosovo authorities closed “parallel structures of Serbia for the municipalities of Peć, Istok and Klina”.

Svečlja stated that after the coordination of the Kosovo Police, the Prosecutor’s Office and the Kosovo Intelligence Agency, on the order of the Prosecutor’s Office, the police carried out an arrest operation today.

“On this occasion, the illegal municipality of Peć in Goraždec, the parallel municipality of Istok in Osojan and the parallel municipality of Klina in Vidanje were closed,” wrote Svečlja on the Facebook social network.

In the accompanying video, it is seen that the police enter those facilities, confiscate the documents found and remove the Serbian flag from the front door.

Minister Svecla, who attended the police action together with the Minister of Local Self-Government Administration, Elber Krasnići, said that “the Government of Kosovo remains committed to strengthening the institutions of Kosovo, with full respect for the Kosovo Constitution.”

The office for Kosovo and Metohija announced after the closure of the municipalities and said that today’s act of members of the Kosovo police in the municipalities is “a continuation of the ethnic cleansing and extermination of Serbs in Kosovo” under, as they say, the direct leadership of Aljbin Kurti in front of the eyes of the entire international community.

The Office adds that during today’s actions “the presidents of the temporary authorities were brought in for questioning, and in a violent incursion into peaceful Serbian communities, health centers, clinics and pharmacies were also closed.”

A week ago, the Kosovo police in the village of Vranište, in the municipality of Dragaš in the south of Kosovo, closed a facility where four municipalities worked, according to the Serbian system, Dragaš, Prizren, Suva Reka and Orahovac.

Also, actions were taken last Sunday to remove billboards with Serbian symbols and pictures of Serbian and Russian personalities in Zvečan, a municipality in the north of Kosovo, AA writes.
