Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti will arrive in Sarajevo today, and it is not yet known which BiH officials he will meet during his visit to the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, according to Fena news agency.
He is also scheduled to attend the expanded session of Circle 99 in the City Hall on Friday, said Adil Kulenović, president of the Association of Independent Intellectuals Circle 99, to Fena.
“Circle 99 has been waiting for a positive response from Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti for a long time, and he has finally agreed to come to Sarajevo and speak at the expanded session of Circle 99. Our initial intention was to discuss the situation and relations in the region, and the prospects for peace and stability in this part of the world. At the session itself, as Circle 99, we will advocate for the affirmation of the idea of the necessity of creating a southern axis of peace in the Balkans from non-expansionist states, connecting both states and societies, the academic community and non-governmental organizations. I believe that Prime Minister Kurti will also have a positive attitude in this regard,” Kulenović said.
He added that a session of Circle 99 dedicated to the situation and relations in the region and the prospects for peace in the Balkans will be held on Friday in the City Hall at 5 p.m. It is not yet known which BiH officials Kurti will meet with during his visit to the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
