KS: 35,8 Percent More Tourists in August

turisti_u_sarajevu35.201 tourists visited Canton Sarajevo in August 2013, which is 35,8 percent more than in August of last year.

There were 81.875 overnight stays, which is 53,2 percent more in comparison to the same period in 2012.

There were 91,6 percent foreign tourists and 8,4 percent B&H tourists.

Of the total overnight stays, 15,2 percent were from Turkey, 8,6 percent from Croatia, 8,2 percent from Italy, 8,1 percent from Slovenia and 5,3 percent from Kuwait.

Most of the overnight stays were by tourists from Kuwait (13,9 percent), Turkey (13,2 percent), Croatia (9,0 percent), Italy (6,3 percent) and Slovenia (5,8 percent).
