The construction of several luxurious villas started near Vrelo Bosne in Sarajevo.
Investor of this project is Kuwait Investment Company d.o.o., the company that is registered in B&H for the real estate services. The project is called “Vrelo Bosne“ and is divided by numbers at several locations.
Otherwise, Vrelo Bosne is water protection zone, from which Sarajevo is supplied with the drinking water.
Information about the value of the investment and whether objects will be sold or rented after the construction is still unknown.
For now it is known that villas are the size of 10×10 and 8×10 meters, and that the company AR CH d.o.o. from Sarajevo is the designer of the project.
Kuwait Investment Company was established in 1961 when his country started with its great economic expansion. The director of the company is Bader Nasser al-Subaei.
They stated at their official page that they are one of the most deserving companies for the rapid growth of the Kuwaiti company.
As they claim, they are included in a large number of the investment projects in the world. They are usually buying banks and investing in real estate.
According to the financial report from 2013, the company achieved a revenue in Europe in the amount of more than 6 million KWD which is around 17.5 million EUR, and they possessed the property worth more than 32 million EUR.
