This is only one of many millions investment that are coming from Arab investors.

Exclusively local companies are engaged on the construction of facilities. Final works are taking place at the moment, including works on facade, entrances and interiors.

“All apartments have a large terrace, central heating with hot sanitary water for 24 hours a day and air conditioning. Surveillance cameras are installed on all sides of the building for the safety of tenants,” said engineer that is engaged in the construction of this residential-commercial complex Edin Bidzevic.

“Besides the fact that on the construction of the complex “Sarajevo Waves” are working exclusively domestic companies, the goal and intention of the investor is to contribute to the economic development and strengthening of the economy in B&H. Mini village in Otes will consist of 5 residential buildings, which makes a total of 13 buildings, plus one office building that will enrich the content of the complex,” added Bidzevic.

Kuwaiti investors are planning to invest in all viable and profitable projects besides real estate, including agriculture, livestock farming, catering, tourism and trade.
