‘La Traviata’ in National Theatre Sarajevo

traviataOn Saturday, 8 June, citizens of Sarajevo will have the opportunity to see the opera ‘La Traviata’ by Giuseppe Verdi, which is directed by Ognian Draganoff, guest from Bulgaria.

La traviata is an opera in three acts by Giuseppe Verdi set to an Italian libretto by Francesco Maria Piave. It is based on La dame aux Camélias a play adapted from the novel by Alexandre Dumas,

It is one of the best-loved and frequently performed, recorded and filmed of all operas..

The conductor is Andrija Pavlič, while the stars of the Opera are Aida Čorbadžić and Amir Saračević and they will be accompanied by Opera Choir of the theatre, ballet and Sarajevo Philharmonics.

Tickest can be bought at the box office of the theatre.
