A large number of skiing and snowboard fans from B&H and Croatia were attracted by the opening of ski lifts on the Mountain Vlašić.
Vlašić was the only ski resort that was put into operation this weekend, while Bjelašnica and Kupres were not yet open. The skiing paths were arranged on Saturday, especially because on Friday night the system for artificial snow was put into operation. Although the weather forecast is not promising, on Vlašić they hope to continue producing artificial snow during night time in order to maintain the quality of skiing paths for next weekend.
The current depth of snow in Babanovac is 55 cm and the air temperature is -2 degree Celsius.
