For the fifth year in a row, the International Quality and Taste Institute (ITQI) from Brussels awarded Livanjski cheese with the Superior Taste Award with a maximum of three gold stars, confirming its exceptional quality and superb taste.
The prize is awarded by an international jury composed of more than 200 renowned food experts, carefully selected from the most prestigious culinary associations and gastronomic institutions, Mljekara Livno reported.
The products are evaluated using the blind testing method, based on appearance, smell, texture and taste, whereby the members of the jury are not aware of the brand or origin of the tested products.
