Major Investment underway: A new Settlement near Sarajevo

Near Sarajevo, in the territory of the municipality of Breza, the construction of a residential area is underway. Several houses have already been built, and sales have begun.

This will be the first settlement of its kind that will be aimed at domestic buyers, rather than those from Arab countries.

It is a closed settlement with rows of luxury houses. Recently, several such settlements have been built in the vicinity of Sarajevo, but they were intended for buyers from Arab countries.

This is exactly why investors encountered problems because citizens of those countries cannot own real estate in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) as natural persons. Because of this, many of them in our country founded companies whose only goal was to register the house on them, or they solved this problem in some other way, which was sometimes on the border of the law.

But this settlement, called Breza 1, differs in that, at least according to the investors, it targets buyers from BiH. As they point out, this is the first project of its kind in Breza intended exclusively for domestic customers.

It offers a closed complex with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable life, including natural surroundings, privacy and 24/7 protection, sports fields and a children’s playground and other necessary facilities.

This is, as they say, a unique opportunity for investment with a guaranteed return of 20,000 BAM per year for real estate rental. Namely, the house will be able to be rented out during the period when you are not staying in it.

Namely, the investor of the project is the company Senabil from Sarajevo, which is backed by investors from Kuwait. It is a serious company that has been operating in our country for a long time and has various projects. Among other things, they own one of the most famous polyclinics in Sarajevo – Sanasa, Biznis Info reports.
