Majority Stake in Teledigital sold on Sarajevo Stock Exchange

A majority stake in Teledigital, the first alternative telecom operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina, has been sold on Sarajevo Stock Exchange, reports Biznisinfo.

The transaction consisted of the purchase of 319,000 shares, accounting for 73.2 percent of all shares, for BAM 11.3 million, but the name of the buyer has not been revealed.

Before the transaction, the biggest shareholder was an investor who operated through a custody account at Raiffeisen Bank, which had over 20 percent of shares.
