Marking International Day of Pancakes in Gradačac

The marking of the international day of pancakes as part of the project ‘Gastro-Provincija u pozadini’ will take place today. For the competition to prepare pancakes in the category of tourism and hospitality schools, schools from Goražde, Fojnica, Tuzla, Lukavac and Gradačac applied.

In the category of hotel and restaurants, teams from Zenica, Sarajevo, Goražde, Tuzla, Lukavac, Čitluk, Srebrenik and Gradačac will take part.

All categories of preparing pancakes will be made from the following products: Mlin Nezić, Meggle, Bimal, Nelvet trade Sarajevo, ZZ Olovo, PMG Gradačac, Agragold, Mingos kafa, Dukat, Marcafe, Mljekara Zott, Unionfoods Čitluk, Hercegovinaprodukt, ITR Sarajevo, Alpeks Sarajevo, Unikomerc Gradačac, Lukavac fair and Voda Babić.

The event of preparing pancakes will include an exhibition of children’s art work on the theme ‘My favorite pancake’.

All categories in the preparation of pancakes will be assessed by a jury composed of representatives of the Association of Chefs of B&H.
