Mayor of Zivinice dies at the Age of 48

Samir Kamenjaković, mayor of Živinice, died yesterday at the age of 48 at the University Clinical Center in Tuzla.

Kamenjaković has had health problems since the beginning of the year, and in the last few days, doctors have been fighting for his life.

Samir Kamenjaković was born on May 10, 1975 in Tuzla. He graduated from the Medical School in Tuzla. He completed his studies in medical radiology at the University of Sarajevo, where he earned a master’s degree and then a doctorate.

He was elected mayor for the first time in 2016 and was a delegate of the Tuzla Canton Assembly for two terms.

The time of his funeral will be determined later.
