Meeting of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers with the Minister of Monte Negro

SONY DSCChairman of the Councilof MinistersVjekoslavBevandamet today inSarajevowith Deputy Prime Ministerand Minister of ForeignAffairs and European Integrationof MontenegroIgor Lukšić.

During the conversation,the two parties expressedsatisfaction with theverygood cooperationandstressedthatB&HandMontenegrohave commonpriorities, and those are the Euro-Atlantic integrationandregional cooperation.

Bevandapresented to Lukšićthe currentpolitical andeconomic situationinB&Handstressedthat macroeconomic policiesimplemented by theCouncil of Ministersled tofiscal stabilityand a slighteconomic recovery of B&H.

He also stressed theimportance ofsigning theagreement on the bordersofBosnia and Herzegovinaand Montenegro, and saidthat the proposalagreement of the statecommissionforthe borderswill bediscussed atone ofthe nextsessions of the Councilof Ministers.

Healsohighlighted the importance ofregional connection andstated thatthe Adriatic-Ionian Initiative presents aproject thatcreates possibilities ofjoint developmentin all segments,as well aslong-term policy of stability in the region.
  
Lukšić said thatin the near futureit is necessaryto use commonopportunitiesand to encourageeconomicdevelopment, tourismand economic growth.

The interlocutorsagreedthat investment inthe real sectoris extremelyimportantbecause it encouragessustainability of economicgrowth andbringsnew jobs.
