Meeting on the protection and saving the people and material goods from natural disasters in BiH

Chairwoman of the Joint Defence and Security Committee of the Bosnia and Herzegovina /BiH/ parliament Dušanka Majkić and members of the Committee Beriz Belkić, Krunoslav Vrdoljak and Božo Ljubić visited the Operational Communication Centre, which is located within the Department for the protection and rescue of BiH Ministry of Security.

Deputy Minister Mladen Ćavar and assistant Minister for Protection and Rescue Samir Agić greeted the guests.

During the meeting, they talked about the implementation of Framework Law on the protection and rescue of people and material goods from natural and other disasters in BiH.

Visit was realized as a part of regular activities that the Joint Defence and Security Committee of BiH implements in the process of democratic control of the security sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
